Arctic Diagnostics Oy – is a R&D and technology transfer company focusing to biotechnology. The company develops in-vitro diagnostics systems and novel biomolecule detection technologies that are based on new scientific innovations. The personnel are professionals from multidisciplinary fields, including physics, electronics, software and mechanical engineering as well as organic and synthetic chemistry and biochemistry. The company has created more than 15 international patents and patent applications, covering the field of ArcDia technologies.

Arctic Diagnostics Oy was founded 1993 and the headquarters are located in the Technology Centre of Turku, Finland, close to University campus.
