Prof. Soini has over 25 years experience as a VP of R&D at Wallac Oy – Finland (current PerkinElmer LifeSciences Wallac). Later he has functioned as a Professor of Medical Physics and Engineering, University of Turku, Finland. Prof. Soini has during his earlier career been the main inventor of LKB-Wallac liquid scintillation and gamma counters and DELFIA Time-Resolved Fluorescence technologies. He has published more than 100 scientific publications and 20 patents

Dr. von Soden has specialised in the field of clinical laboratory medicine. She has earlier founded and owned a private clinical service laboratory in Mönchengladbach Germany, that was offering diagnostics services for local hospitals.

Juhani Soini Ph.D. M.Sc.eng.
Dr. Soini has specialised in Biomedical and Bioanalytical Instrumentation. Before joining ArcDia Ltd, he has worked in companies within the field, including Karl Blome KG – Germany, Pharmacia Diagnostics – Sweden, Wallac Oy – Finland and University of Turku – Finland
