ArcDia^™ TPX Insulin test kit

ArcDia^™ TPX is a separation-free immunoassay platform, which allows sensitive immunoassays from miniature sample and reaction volumes.

Extremely low reaction volumes (4-20 µl) are highly beneficial in research applications where available sample volumes are limited.

The insulin test is easy to perform:
1. Dispense assay reagents
2. Add sample and seal the plate
3. Insert the plate into the analyser for incubation and wash-free fluorescence detection

The quantitative serum insulin test kit is suitable for both human and rat insulin (others, not tested). Sensitivity of the ArcDia™ TPX Insulin test is 1 µU/ml (see figure).
