mariPOC is a multianalyte respiratory infection rapid test for point-of-care diagnostic use.
- Influenza A virus
- Influenza B virus
- RS-virus
- Parainfluenza 1 virus
- Parainfluenza 2 virus
- Parainfluenza 3 virus
- Metapneumovirus
- Adenovirus
- S. pneumoniae
- Streptococcus Group A
- take a nasal swab sample
- cut the swab in a test tube
- add 1 mL of RTI sample buffer
- vortex 10-15 sec
- type the patient information to the ArcDiagnoser software
- insert the sample tube in the analyzer
- start the measurement
- view or print automated results from 20 min and 2 h timepoints
This test system will be launched in the beginning of 2010.
The test system will be CE marked for IVD use.
